RoofRange provides the software that powers the instant roof-replacement estimate experience on this and other roofing company quote pages. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected through a RoofRange-powered quote form, how it is used, and who it may be shared with.

RoofRange is a software platform, not a roofing contractor. The roofing company shown on the quote page is the business you are requesting an estimate from and the party that may contact you about your roof.

Information we collect

When you use a RoofRange-powered quote form, we may collect:

  • Your name, phone number, and email address.
  • The property address you enter for the estimate.
  • Roof details you provide (roof age, complexity, material) and the estimated roof area used to generate your price range.
  • The estimate range we calculate for you.
  • The page you submitted from, referring URL, and marketing attribution data (such as UTM parameters and ad click IDs).
  • A record of your consent — the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, the company named, and the page address.

How we use and share information

Your information is collected to provide an estimated roof replacement price range and to connect you with the roofing company shown on the page. Specifically:

  • RoofRange stores, processes, and routes your submission on behalf of that roofing company.
  • Your information may be shared with the roofing company shown on the quote page so they can follow up about your estimate.
  • Your information may be delivered through CRM, email, SMS, Zapier, or related lead-delivery tools the roofing company uses.
  • The roofing company may contact you about your roof estimate by phone, text, or email, consistent with the consent you provided. You can opt out at any time.

Data retention

Estimate data, property address, contact information, page source and attribution data, and your consent record may be stored to operate the service, deliver your request to the roofing company, and maintain records of what was agreed to.

Your choices

You can opt out of contact at any time by telling the roofing company directly. To ask about information held about you, contact the roofing company shown on the page, or reach RoofRange through the website that hosts this policy.

Not the roofing contractor

RoofRange does not perform roofing services, set final pricing, or enter into roofing contracts. Those are handled by the roofing company you requested the estimate from. See our Terms for more.
